Good luck with it. I deployed it to a segment of the community at a top 5 software company I work it. The first three months took a lot of work by me and other leaders but after that it took off. We are now up to 1200 pages and 20 unique contributors a day. It was recently identified as the most useful sales tool amoung a group of reps we surveyed. We had many discussions internally about the unstructured nature of a wiki and if it could work in a large environment.  It did.
